Good room for a decent price.
I know these are big chain business hotels so they are probably making as much as possible automated. The whole self service with a screen when the staff is right there I didnt quite fancy lol. Maybe it was just the way the receptionist just instantly threw me to the screen without much of a warm welcome.

Great location for East Tokyo.
The staff were excellent. They worked hard. They were all extremely helpful throughout my stay. The front of house team were particularly great. The restaurant staff were also very good. The breakfast options were great: Japanese and Western. I was spoiled for choice. If I'm in Asakusabasshi again I will stay there.

Best beds and location after a long day roaming around Tokyo
I liked the bed and the yukata (sleep wear), the shower and free body care supplies, the BREAKFAST, the location and the neighborhood itself. It is close but very much away from the buzz of Shibuya/Shinjuku. For me, after a long day of roaming around busy streets, it's the best are "to go home to". It's also nearby Sumida River which is a big plus.
There is no ofuro or even a communal bath.
